Our milestones
1983 as early as the founding year, Mrs. Barbara F. Klug, foundress of the T.D.M., committed herself to the cause of a recognised independent occupational training (apprenticeship) within telephone marketing.
1984 Start of occupational training for commercial apprentices
1994 Start of occupational training for the blind and visually impaired, certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
2000 Start of occupational training for IT Specialists for application development
2006 Start of occupational training “Service-specialist for dialogue- marketing” and “Merchant for dialogue-marketing”
As a socially responsible company, we at T.D.M. contribute by enabling young people to train in interesting jobs within future-oriented business segments, in the call centre as well as in the IT department as IT-Specialist for application development.

At our headquarters in Sarstedt, about 20 young people start their apprenticeships every year.

- As a lecturer and member of the audit committee, the founderess of T.D.M., Barbara F. Klug, established the course of studies “Specialist telephone marketing for the blind and visually impaired” in association with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
- T.D.M. call centres in Sarstedt and Rheine, no site in low-wage countries, serve our clients Europe-wide, for instance for the Benelux in Rheine
- Performance-linked wages in human resource development, and fixed salaries without commission
- Many employees commit themselves to extra-occupational training with the support of T.D.M.
