Employee support & career advancement

We test applicants thoroughly before we employ them. In a selection procedure the skills of the applicant are checked and tested in a “1 day training on the job”.

The basic training

is the first step on the road of training measures that we use to provide our employees with the equipment they will need for their work in the T.D.M. Telephone Studio, or on customer’s site. 

Advanced training

enables the service specialist to provide customer orientated advice and mediates the final sales techniques, so that even after a brief introduction, that involves listening in on a more experienced colleague, they can start to work actively.

The participation in product trainings

is the essential basis for participation in projects of customers. Here, every employee has a chance to be promoted to team leader.

Project manager

is the next step up the job ladder. The project manager supports the department manager by taking over the reporting tasks, the target agreement as well as the arrangement of training measures for that specific project.

Personnel development program

The T.D.M. human resources development program offers every employee the chance to:

  • reach or surpass the targets by his/her own personal effort
  • get themselves support from T.D.M. by doing extra occupational studies
  • be promoted, depended on a suitable aptitude
