Our staff

T.D.M. has about 200 employees. The unique thing about us, in comparison to conventional call centres, is: all of our telephone agents are all in permanent employ and are regularly trained and continuously coached.
Quality in dialogue means at T.D.M. that we set a high value on the sustainable qualification of our employees. We can assure you that at T.D.M. you will never run into any unskilled temporary staff, apprentices or students.

Carola Klug is in charge of human resources
T.D.M. was founded as a family business and therefore family plays a major role here in the company. The family atmosphere characterizes the success and the general atmosphere at T.D.M., for over 25 years already. This feeling of a big family is very important to us, particularly with the selection of our staff. Our employees enjoy the close knit atmosphere at work, something that is recognized even by the customers of our customers.

Dietmar Klug, Fachwirt Direktmarketing (BAW), as the General Manager of the company, he holds the strings together. Dietmar is responsible for the strategic direction and significantly shapes the success of T.D.M.
