Honesty: Project rejected

In 2020, we rejected a 2-million-euro project. Why? Because the expectations were unrealistic and we would have had to pull staff from our existing clients. We could have taken the money. But that wouldn't have been honest – and honesty is more important to us.

Quality: No nearshore

Many competitors outsource abroad. Cheaper. Faster. But: Lower quality. We stay in Germany. Because quality is more important than margin.

Humanity: <15% turnover

The industry has 40%+ turnover. We have <15%. Why? Above-average pay, permanent contracts, real development. People stay where they are valued.
